Our story
Podcast Growth Studio started from a real problem, not a business plan.
In 2016, Fahad Younis launched "Meri Kahani," a podcast that ran for over 200 episodes. It was one of Pakistan's earliest podcasts, and Fahad poured hundreds of hours into creating content he believed would help people. The episodes were good. The audience was small. Not because the content was lacking, but because the distribution was.
That experience, creating something valuable and watching it disappear, stuck with him. Before the podcast, Fahad had already spent 7 years in live radio, hosting shows on Solo FM 89 and Hot FM 89 Layyah, learning how to connect with audiences, tell stories, and hold attention. That's where he met Mishal Nayab Rizvi, a fellow radio host who would later become his co-founder.
When COVID shut down the radio industry in 2020, Fahad pivoted into video production, learning editing, post-production, and content creation at scale. By 2022, he had an idea: combine his decade of audio/video experience with modern AI tools to solve the exact problem he'd faced as a podcaster.
Podcast Growth Studio was born. Not as a clip-making service, but as a distribution system builder, the kind of partner Fahad wished he'd had when his podcast was running.
Mishal joined as Co-Founder, bringing her broadcast expertise and deep understanding of audience connection. She hosted "Positive Vibes" on Hot FM 89 Layyah for years, and has paused live radio to focus fully on giving PGS clients across the US and UK the white-glove experience they deserve. From a radio studio in Layyah, Pakistan, to serving B2B professionals worldwide. That's our story.
